Preparing to fulfillment

At the start of our collaboration, during our joint meetings we will align on the scope & pricing for all logistics services, set clear communication guidelines, and define all necessary conditions to ensure a smooth launch.

We will connect you

We are ready for more advanced interfaces and variety of ERP systems can connect through our proprietary API documentation or we are able to follow your EDI (via standard EDI or API) messages standard which usually means no significant changes on your side. For simplified integration, we offer various plugins and add-ons for standard solutions like BaseLinker and more.

First reception and picking

Once our systems will be connected we will download your first Inbound and Outbound orders. Since this moment we are awaiting for reception of your goods where besides the quantity and quality check also your master data once the product will enter our warehouse for the very first time.

Reporting – online, anytime

It´s time to give you access to our HOPI portals to be able check all the inbounds slots, see the progress of Returns and Claims, provide you with a fresh stock report and also all Outbound order status including tracking links. We can also create a set of notifications.

Whether you need shipping within the Czech Republic, across the EU, or globally, we've got you covered – even with our own transport fleet.
